Note from the author

Over the course of my life, I have heard and read uncited quotes, excerpts, facts, anecdotal references and other information in Christian teaching materials, sermons, websites, articles, and books many of which often left gnawing, unanswered questions in my mind about the sources and credibility of the information. The same can be said about dubious charges made by Christian skeptics and protagonists. Using the Internet in this investigation served to highlight the issue where it is commonplace to find the same information, often word-for-word, found in multiple websites without being sourced. It is quite astounding.

What was the original source of the information? Was the source credible? Could the information be correlated with other factual information? These questions served as a motivation to begin this ultimate investigation. Information used in this website is traced back and referenced to original sources, scientific validations, and/or follows journalism protocol by corroborating the information through secondary, separate sources. Leveraging the experiences and training from my former career, The Odds investigation has now surpassed 20 years.
